今日は、近日販売開始を予定している「プルオーバーシャツ」についてご紹介したいと思います。
Today, we would like to introduce the “pullover shirts”, which is scheduled to go on sale soon.

この春夏最後の新作が入荷します。これまでパターン修正とサンプル製作を繰り返していたために販売が遅れてしまいましたが、この度、「ワイドスプレッドカラーシャツ」と「ホリゾンタルカラーシャツ」に加えて、新たに「プルオーバーシャツ」がDRĒIPSのシャツのラインナップに加わることとなりました。
The last new product this spring and summer will be in stock. Sales have been delayed due to repeated modifications to the pattern and make some samples , but now, in addition to the wide spread collar shirt and horizontal collar shirt, a new “pullover shirt” has been added to the DRĒIPS shirt lineup.

まずはリネンのシャツからご紹介したいと思います。
First of all, we would like to introduce the linen shirts.

プルオーバーシャツも「Relax with Elegance」と言うブランドコンセプトをベースに開発を行っておりますので、美しく、エレガントでありながらもリラックス感のある雰囲気を表現できることを大切にしました。
The pullover shirt is also developed based on the brand concept of “Relax with Elegance”, so it was important to be able to express a beautiful and elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.

襟型にはワイドスプレッドカラーを採用し、ややドレッシーな表情を持たせています。
The collar shape uses a wide spread collar to give it a slightly dressy look.

また他のDRĒIPSのシャツと同じく第1ボタンは付けておらず、エレガントな表情を持つワンピースカラーを採用しています。衿の芯材はジャケットの着用を考慮せず、通常のシャツよりも少し柔らかい芯材を用いています。
Also, like other DRĒIPS shirts, it does not have a first button, and it uses a one-piece collar with an elegant look. The core material of the collar is not considered to be worn with a jacket, so the core material is slightly softer than that of a normal shirt.

ところで、DRĒIPSがあえて台襟のないワンピースカラーを採用しているのには理由があります。それは”繋目のない美しさを重視”しているためです。台襟はシャツの襟を美しく立たせるために重要なパーツであり、クラシックなシャツにおいては必須です。
By the way, there is a reason why DRĒIPS dares to use a one-piece collar without a neckband（base callar）. That’s because we focus on unconnected beauty. The neckband is an important part of the shirt collar and is essential for classic shirts.

しかしながらDRĒIPSはネクタイをしないスタイルを前提としており、襟の表情や開き方でエレガントさとリラックス感を表現しています。よって台襟を設定してしまうと縫製の繋目が表に出てきてしまい、美しさをスポイルしてしまうと判断したため、DRĒIPSのシャツには台襟を設定せず、ワンピースカラーを採用しています。
However, DRĒIPS is based on the premise of no-tie style, and the expression of the collar and the way it opens express elegance and relaxation. Therefore, we decided that if we set the neckband, the sewing joints would come out and spoil the beauty, so we did not set a neckband for DRĒIPS shirts, but adopted a one-piece collar.

台襟のあるシャツの方が縫製がしやすく、またミシンの縫製を表に出さないようにするための”手縫いによるすくい縫い”も必要がないことから縫製コストを大きく下げることができるのですが、DRĒIPSはブランドコンセプトを大切にすることを重視しました。
Shirts with a neckband are easier to sew and there is no need for “hand-sewn stitching” to avoid revealing sewing on the sewing machine, so sewing costs can be greatly reduced, but DRĒIPS emphasized valuing the brand concept.

フロントは3つのボタンで構成。
The front consists of three buttons.

そしてカンヌキを設定することで着脱時の負荷に対する強度を確保しています。
And by setting the bolt, the strength against the load when attaching and detaching is ensured.

リラックス感を表現するために肩幅はやや広めにとっており、ドロップショルダーとなっている点は現在販売している他のシャツと同じです。
The shoulders are slightly wider to express a relaxed feeling, and the drop shoulders are the same as other DRĒIPS shirts currently on sale.

ただし、プルオーバータイプであることから身幅を広げ、ウエスト回りも絞りを緩く設定しました。通常のシャツよりも4㎝～8㎝ほどゆとりある設計とすることで、リラックス感を強く表現するとともに着脱のし易さを実現しています。
However, since it is a pullover shirt, the width of the body is widened, and the waist circumference is also set to be loose. By designing it to be about 4 cm ~ 8 cm more spacious than a normal shirt, it expresses a strong sense of relaxation and is easy to put on and take off.

袖山やバックヨークのデザインは従来のシャツを踏襲しており、ギャザーを入れることでドレープ感を表現しています。
The design of the sleeve pile and back yoke follows our shirt, and the addition of gathers expresses a sense of drape.

また袖丈の長さも最新のシャツのパターンを反映しています。
The length of the sleeves also reflects the pattern of the latest shirts.

着丈は通常のシャツよりもそれぞれのサイズにおいて0.5㎝だけ短くし、タックアウトして着用頂くことも想定した長さとデザインに設定しました。
The length is only 0.5 cm shorter than a normal shirt in each size, and the length is set so that it can be tucked out and worn.

そして今回採用した生地は、”リネンのロールスロイス”とも言われ、アイリッシュリネンの紡績メーカーとして1835年に設立されたハードマンズ社（Herdmans）のリネン（60番手）を日本国内で高密度に織りあげたハードマンズリネンを用いています。なお、現在はブランドライセンスと技術移転がなされ、中国の工場で紡績がされています。
The fabric used is also called “Rolls-royce of the linen” and uses hardman’s linen (60th yarn-count) from Herdmans, which was established in 1835 as a spinning manufacturer of Irish linen, and is densely woven in Japan. Currently, brand licenses are leased and technology is transferred, and spinning is done at a factory in China.

優雅で品格ある光沢感は凛とした雰囲気を醸し出しており、リネンならではのサラりとした清涼感と相まって、とてもラグジュアリーな雰囲気に仕上がっています。
The elegant and dignified luster creates a dignified atmosphere, and combined with the smooth and refreshing feeling unique to linen, it is finished in a very luxurious atmosphere.

ハードマンズリネンは皺になりにくく、反発力があることから洗っても型崩れがしにくいと言われています。ぜひ、そんなハードマンズリネンの魅力をご堪能頂ければと思います。
Hardman’s linen is said to be resistant to wrinkles and does not lose its shape even after washing because of its resilience. We hope you will enjoy the charm of such hardman’s linen.

なお、リネンは60番手以上になると紡績や紡織の難易度が高くなると言われています。こちらはハードマンズの60番手以上のリネンに与えらえるゴールドラベルが付属しており、DRĒIPSのネームタグとともに縫い付けらている特別仕様となっています。
In addition, it is said that the difficulty of spinning and weaving increases when linen is 60th yarn-count or higher. This one comes with a gold label that is given to Hardmans linen 60th yarn-count and above, and it is a special specification that is sewn with the Hardmans and DRĒIPS name tag.

調達出来た生地の数量が限られており、今後生地の再調達ができるか否かが不明なため、リミテッドコレクションでの展開となります。
Since the quantity of fabrics that could be procured is limited, and it is unclear whether fabrics can be re-procured in the future, it will be developed in a limited collection.

また、シーズナルコレクションで展開している遠州織物のヨーロッパリネン100％（ホワイト・無地・60番手）の生地が少しだけ残っていたため、こちらは「M」サイズのみですがシーズナルコレクション（※）として数量限定でお届けします。
※現在生地は完売していますが継続生産の予定であると伺っていますので、来シーズンでの展開可能性はあります。
In addition, there was only a small amount of 100% European linen (white, plain, 60th yarn-count) fabric of Enshu Textiles developed in the seasonal collection, so this is only in “M” size, but it will be delivered in limited quantities as a seasonal collection (※).
※The fabric is currently sold out, but we heard that it is planned to continue production, so there is a possibility that it will be developed next season.

ヨーロッパリネンを遠州で織り上げたリネンもしっとりとした柔らかな質感と緩やかなシボ感、上品な光沢感にご好評を頂いておりますので、サイズが合う方は購入をご検討頂ければ幸いです。
Linen, which is woven from European linen in Enshu, has also been well received for its moist and soft texture, gentle graininess, and elegant luster, so if the size fits, we would appreciate it if you could consider to buy it.

更にベーシックなオフホワイトのプルオーバーシャツ2型に加えて、別の生地がもう1型入荷予定です。こちらは月末の販売を予定しておりますので、改めてご紹介させて頂ければと思います。
